Our August Herb Retreat is 4-day summer camp of Herbalism, Aromatherapy, Plant Walks, Herbal Medicine-Making, Plant Pounding, Essential Oil Blending, Botanical Astrology, Yoga, Breath Work and Music! at the historic Bark Eater Inn in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains of Upstate New York.

The venue for our our August Herb Retreat from August 13-17, 2025 is the breathtaking Bark Eater Inn, nestled in the Adirondack Mountains near Keene Valley, New York, served by an Amtrak Station with a direct line from NYC.
The Bark Eater Inn is perfect for immersing ourselves in Plant Medicine close to Nature, in a secluded environment where students can study, heal and relax together and enjoy culinary delights of our experienced retreat chef, Debbie Stauble.
