Herb Craft
Our program features a deep-dive into sustainable Herb Craft and Medicine Making — encompassing the growing and preparation of herbs for extraction and distillation as tinctures, glycerites, and other extracts; liniments, salves, and ointments; and how to use essential oils and herbal hydrosols.
AC teaches how to craft herbal-infused oils; vinegars and oxymels; syrups and electuaries; tinctures and fluid extracts; mushroom powders; liniments (topical herbal-infused rubbing alcohols); salves and creams; infusions, decoctions and tea blends, and more!
Clinical skills
A deeply-rooted approach to assessing and treating clients with herbs, hydrosols and essential oils based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Diagnostic Patterns of Disharmony, Yin-Yang and the Five Elements, and techniques including tongue and face diagnosis. Look forward to many clinical observation hours in class to see this in practice.
This is combined with the compelling research evidence for the benefits of herbs and essential oils and their key chemical compounds — empowering practitioners with an integrated pharmaco-energetic understanding of how 200 different plant medicines exert their therapeutic actions.

Astrological-Alchemical Herbalism & Aromatherapy Webinar Series
In this live and recorded series of ten 2.5-hr webinars, Gabriel Mojay initiates Herbalists and Aromatherapists in how to read an Astrological Birth Chart in a way that reveals the core dynamics of the archetypal psychologies of the Chart’s key components: the Elements, Modes, Planets and Zodiac Signs.
Gabriel will cover key teachings that form part of the study of Medical Astrology — yet his central focus will be the use of the Chart as a tool of soul diagnosis - on grasping the Chart’s unique make-up as a ‘blueprint’ of one’s potentials, growth challenges and spritual destiny – as part of Psychological Astrology.

Participants will be given the opportunity to submit the necessary information for their Astrological Birth Chart to be prepared before of the course. They also have the option to book a free 1-hour recorded Astrological Birth Chart reading with Gabriel on Zoom to explore the dynamics, issues, inner resources and challenges revealed by their Chart — including an aromatic alchemical formula to support their inner-healing process and life path.
The Astrological and metaphysical symbolism of 50 aromatic herbs
The course will survey 50 aromatic herbs, including their taste and fragrance energetics, mythological and alchemical meanings, Planetary and Sign ‘rulership’, and how their age-old emblems illuminate their healing nature. Learning to interpret the Astrological Birth Chart in terms of energetic disharmony will deepen our understanding of the key benefits of aromatic herbs and their extracts
Soul diagnosis
The goal of the course is to equip participants to use the Astrological Birth Chart to shed light on one’s most essential well-being. Further, it will transform your insight into the psycho-spiritual benefits of aromatic plants, their essential oils, and their hydrosols — and how their selection and blending can be enhanced by intuitive use of the Birth Chart as a tool of soul diagnosis.
